In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Each Player bears sole responsibility for the security and activity of their zsx777 account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

zsx777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming obligations and tools apply to all Players:

All content available on the zsx777 platform — including but not limited to the zsx777 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of zsx777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zsx777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any zsx777 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any zsx777 software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zsx777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zsx777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on zsx777 that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or force majeure events beyond zsx777's reasonable control.

The zsx777 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zsx777 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

zsx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity conducted through the account.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity or age verification within a reasonable time as requested by zsx777.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction or payment dispute from a Player's bank or payment provider.
• The account being associated with an individual under the age of 21.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal instrument requiring zsx777 to restrict access.

Where an account is terminated due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at zsx777's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting zsx777 support via live chat. Pending bets and active bonus wagering cycles will be handled in accordance with the relevant game and promotion rules at the time of the closure request.

zsx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — zsx777 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by publishing a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the affected accounts.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

Your continued use of the zsx777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
